Ontwerpmethodebesluit GTS 2022-2026
De Autoriteit Consument & Markt (de ACM) consulteert het ontwerpmethodebesluit voor GTS. Belanghebbenden kunnen tot en met 12 oktober 2020 reageren.
Wat zijn methodebesluiten?
De methodebesluiten zijn de basis voor de tariefregulering van GTS. De ACM stelt de tariefinkomsten vast die GTS in rekening mag brengen voor:
- de transporttaak;
- balanceringstaak;
- kwaliteitsconversietaak; en
- aansluitingentaak.
De ACM legt dit vast in het zogenaamde methodebesluit. De tariefregulering van de ACM zorgt ervoor dat netgebruikers een redelijke prijs betalen voor de diensten van GTS.
