Written statement GasTerra on the draft code amendment decision to implement NC TAR

The authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) has received a written statement of GasTerra on the draft code amendment decision, as meant by article 26 NC-TAR, to change the tariff code, the transport code and the code of definitions to implement NC TAR.

ACM amends the codes in order to introduce a changed reference price methodology for all entry and exit points and a higher discount for entry and exit points from and to gas storages. In addition to this ACM introduces multipliers and seasonal factors that replace the current monthly factors

The summary of the statements of all parties can be found here:

The views of market parties on the decision are important to ACM, since they provide ACM with extra information for the decisions. ACM takes the received statements into consideration when making the final decision.

The statement of GasTerra is only available in Dutch.
