English summary of all consultation responses to the draft code amendment decision to implement NC-TAR
The Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) has received written statements from 21 parties on the draft code amendment decision to change the tariff code, the transport code and the code of definitions to implement NC-TAR.
The ACM amends the codes in order to introduce a changed reference price methodology for all entry and exit points and a higher discount for entry and exit points from and to gas storages. In addition to this the ACM introduces multipliers and seasonal factors that replace the current monthly factors
This document contains an English summary of all statements on the draft code amendment decision to change the tariff code, the transport code and the code of definitions to implement NC-TAR. With this document ACM fulfills the requirement stated in article 27, paragraph 3 of NC-TAR.
The consultation responses on the decision are important to the ACM, since they provide the ACM with extra information for the decisions. The ACM takes the received statements into consideration when making the final decision.
