Minutes of the hearing about the draft code amendment decision to implement NC TAR

The Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) organised a hearing on May 14, 2018 to provide market parties with the opportunity to present their views on the draft code amendment decision to change the Tariff code, the Transport code and the Code of definitions to implement NC TAR.

The ACM amends the codes in order to introduce a changed reference price methodology for all entry and exit points and a higher discount for entry and exit points from and to gas storages. In addition to this the ACM introduces multipliers and seasonal factors that replace the current monthly factors.

The views of market parties on the decision are important to the ACM, since they provide the ACM with extra information for the decisions. The ACM takes the received statements into consideration when making the final decision.
