Written statement Vattenfall on the draft code amendment decision to implement NC TAR

The authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) has received a written statement of Vattenfall on the draft code amendment decision to change the tariff code, the transport code and the code of definitions to implement NC TAR.

ACM amends the codes in order to introduce a changed reference price methodology for all entry and exit points and a higher discount for entry and exit points from and to gas storages. In addition to this ACM introduces multipliers and seasonal factors that replace the current monthly factors
