Written statement VEMW on the draft code amendment decision to implement NC TAR

The authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) has received a written statement of Vereniging voor Energie, Milieu en Water (VEMW) on the draft code amendment decision to change the tariff code, the transport code and the code of definitions to implement NC TAR.

ACM amends the codes in order to introduce a changed reference price methodology for all entry and exit points and a higher discount for entry and exit points from and to gas storages. In addition to this ACM introduces multipliers and seasonal factors that replace the current monthly factors

The views of market parties on the decision are important to ACM, since they provide ACM with extra information for the decisions. ACM takes the received statements into consideration when making the final decision.

The English statement of VEMW is a translation of their original statement, which is in Dutch. ACM will respond to the Dutch statement of VEMW. No rights may be obtained from the translation.
