Methodebesluit TenneT Transport 2022 – 2026

De Autoriteit Consument & Markt (de ACM) heeft de methodiek vastgesteld op grond waarvan inkomsten voor de transporttaken van TenneT worden bepaald.

Wat zijn methodebesluiten?

De methodebesluiten zijn de basis voor de tariefregulering van TenneT. De ACM stelt de tariefinkomsten vast die TenneT in rekening mag brengen voor de transport- en systeemtaken.

De methodiek op grond waarvan deze tariefinkomsten worden bepaald, legt de ACM vast in het zogeheten methodebesluit. Het toezicht van de ACM zorgt ervoor dat afnemers een redelijke prijs betalen voor de transporttaken van TenneT.
