Request to providers of public electronic-communications services for declaration of their relevant net turnover
ACM requires providers of public electronic-communications services to declare their relevant net turnover in order to determine regulatory fees for 2015.
Background
The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) regulates providers of public electronic-communications services (such as telecom providers) in the Netherlands. The costs of these regulatory activities are covered in part by the providers themselves. In this letter, ACM requests public electronic-communications providers to declare their relevant net turnover, no later than 1 September 2014. ACM uses this information to determine the fees that providers are required to pay.
