Request to providers of public electronic-communications services for declaration of their relevant net turnover 2014

The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) regulates providers of public electronic-communications services in the Netherlands, such as telecom providers. The costs of these regulatory activities are covered in part by the providers themselves. Electronic-communications providers are required to declare their relevant net turnover every year.

Calculating the fee for ACM’s regulation

ACM requests these providers to declare their turnovers over 2014 no later than January 1, 2016. With their turnover data, ACM is able to calculate the fees that providers are required to pay for ACM’s regulation.
