Information document tariffs NC TAR for the tariff period of 2018

With this publication ACM meets the requirements prescribed in article 30 of the netcode on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (NC TAR).

This article prescribes that information about how the tariffs were determined has to be published a month before the beginning of the tariff period by the NRA or the transmission system operator. ACM has decided that it will publish this information.

This publication requirement has entered into force on October 1, 2017. Other requirements, for example those with respect to the reference price methodology, will enter into force as of May 31, 2019. The tariffs of 2018 are thus not in line with all requirements of NC TAR. ACM also publishes the information that is not in line with the requirements of NC TAR. In addition to this, the ACM does not have all required information available yet. ACM publishes as much information as possible provided it is considered useful by ACM to make this information available.
