Decision by ACM on the division of tasks arising from NC TAR
Decision under articles 5(1), 6(4), 26(1), 27(1), 29 and 30 of Regulation 2017/460 (NC TAR) concerning the division of tasks between Gasunie Transport Services and the Authority for Consumers and Markets for the execution of the tasks in the aforementioned articles.
ACM has decided that the tasks stemming from articles 5(1), 6(4), 26(1), 27(1), 29 and 30 of NC TAR will be performed by ACM. These tasks relate to consultation, publication, the cost allocation test and adjustments.
