Explanation of tariff regulation
In this document, we explain how ACM wishes to organize tariff regulation in the Caribbean Netherlands. This document primarily targets the electricity and drinking water companies on Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba. This document can also be useful to other interested parties that wish to understand ACM’s tasks, and in what way ACM will carry out its tasks.

Method decision 2017-2019
At October 3rd, 2016 ACM has published the method decision. This decision establishes rules with which ACM will determine the level of the revenues of electricity producers and drinking water companies in the Caribbean Netherlands.
WACC-method
In the WACC-method ACM calculates the WACC for the regulated electricity and drinking-water companies in the Caribbean Netherlands.
