2013 Telecom Monitor Q2: downward spiral of number of text messages appears to have stopped

Every quarter, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) publishes market figures on the telecom industry. The Telecom Monitor shows the trends in mobile services, fixed telephony, broadband, television, and business network services, and is based on data coming from the main market participants in the telecom industry.
