The Guidelines regarding collaborations between farmers explain the most important opportunities for collaborations between farmers that are allowed under the competition rules. These Guidelines may serve as a first exploration of those opportunities.

Within the competition rules, there are many additional opportunities for the agricultural sector to strengthen the market positions of farmers through collaborations, even ones that do not exist in other sectors of the economy. However, collaborations in the agricultural sector must meet certain conditions. These Guidelines gives an overview of the opportunities and conditions.
