Decision on objection concerning fine on Volkswagen for unfair commercial practices
The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has disallowed the objection filed by Volkswagen AG against the fine that had previously been imposed on it. The fine of EUR 450,000 for unfair commercial practices has thus been upheld. Volkswagen AG still has the opportunity to file an appeal against this decision with the District Court of Rotterdam.
