Postmarktonderzoek ACM
Het ministerie van Economische Zaken (EZ) heeft de Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) gevraagd onderzoek te doen naar de postmarkt. De ACM heeft het onderzoek in april 2025 afgerond en opgeleverd aan het ministerie.
Het onderzoek richt zich op de behoeften van gebruikers, de reikwijdte en de kosten van de Universele Postdienst (UPD) en de ontwikkelingen op de postmarkt.
