Summary of decision on acquisition of RTL Nederland by DPG Media
The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has published a summary of its decision on the acquisition of RTL Nederland door DPG Media. ACM has cleared this acquisition. However, DPG does need to comply with an extensive set of strict conditions. ACM decided this on 27 June 2025.
