Assessment of KPN’s cost allocation systems 2003-2004

In its notification of 30 June 2003, OPTA informed market participants that the procedure for approval of the cost allocation systems with which KPN determines its tariffs for the period 1 July 2003 to 1 July 2004 (originating services) and for the period 1 September 2003 to 1 September 2004 (terminating services), respectively, had not yet been formally concluded. At that time, OPTA expressed its expectation that the assessment would be concluded within a number of weeks. OPTA has since concluded said assessment and wishes to inform the market participants by means of this notification.
