Joint construction and use of UMTS network parts

This definitive memorandum has been drawn up after studying the responses to the "NMa, OPTA and V&W draft memorandum regarding the joint construction and use of UMTS networks".

The draft memorandum was published on 19 July 2001, after which there was the opportunity to submit written responses up until 17 August 2001.

Several market parties 1 have made comments and suggestions relating to the draft memorandum.
