Press conference NMa Agenda 2007

Mr P. Kalbfleisch, Chairman of the Board of the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa), will give a statement on the NMa Agenda for 2007. The Agenda sets out which areas of attention will be of special importance to the NMa in the year ahead and outlines the monitoring and enforcement instruments to be employed. The Agenda also covers the Office of Energy Regulation and the Office of Transport Regulation, the sector-specific chambers within the NMa, and is annually compiled on the basis of a broad public consultation.
