NMa and NZa publish Guidelines for health care groups

The Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa) and the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) have drawn up Guidelines for health care groups after having extensively consulted with health care providers in both primary care and secondary care, trade associations, patient organizations, and consumer organizations. The Guidelines provide the framework within which health care providers are allowed to conclude cooperative agreements.
