NMa Approves Amended Structure of the Stedendriehoek Asphalt Plant

In a decision on an administrative appeal, NMa has granted its approval to the asphalt plant, Stedendriehoek, after an amendment to the structure of this asphalt plant by the road construction companies which participate in it.

In February 2003, NMa ruled that the former structure contravened the prohibition on cartels.
