CA 2009 Annual Report
In 2009, the third year in which the Netherlands Consumer Authority (CA) was operational, it completed 115 regulatory investigations: 67 national and 48 international investigations. The CA imposed five sanctions in various sectors totaling EUR 418,250, and secured three commitments.
