Procedure on the Exchange of Information between ACM and Ministers

Under Section 2 of the Establishment Act of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) enforces compliance with a number of laws concerning market oversight, which fall under the responsibility of the Minister of Economic Affairs or the Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment.
