ACM complaints procedure

The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has a complaints officer. The ACM complaints officer is charged with handling complaints about ACM. If you wish to file a complaint about ACM, please use the form that can be found in the annex of the ACM Complaints Procedure. Once the ACM complaints officer has received a complaint, he/she will launch an investigation as soon as possible. Please be assured that the complaints officer will treat all information he/she obtains through the handling of complaints as confidential.
