ACM: merger between cable companies UPC and Ziggo should be assessed in the Netherlands
The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) is of the opinion that it would be best if the merger between cable companies UPC and Ziggo were assessed in the Netherlands.
ACM has therefore requested the European Commission to refer the concentration to ACM. In this paper ACM motivates their request.
