Amendments to Britned’s access rules available for review

On November 13, 2013, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) received a proposal from Britned Development Limited to amend its access rules.

This proposal contains various amendments to the access rules such as the introduction of a reserve price for implicit auctions, a clarification of the pro-rata curtailment methodology, an amendment to the definition of ‘reserve price,’ and an amendment to the publication deadline of the specifications for the medium auctions.

Proposal available for review

The proposal is available for review at the offices of ACM in The Hague, the Netherlands for two weeks starting from the date of this announcement.
Interested parties have the opportunity to put forward their opinion either in writing and/or verbally.

How to submit your opinion

If you wish to put forward your opinion verbally, you will have the opportunity to do so at a hearing scheduled for December 6, 2013, between 10 am and noon at the offices of ACM. If you wish to be present at this hearing, you must register in advance. To register, please send an email to Ms. Paula Horvers at paula [punt] horvers [at] acm [punt] nl (paula[dot]horvers[at]acm[dot]nl). Registration closes on November 29, 2013. If there are no registrations for this hearing, the hearing will be cancelled.

Written opinions on this proposal can be submitted to ACM until December 10, 2013.
