This was a presentation of Jarig van Sinderen (Chief Economist) and Ron Kemp (senior economic expert) on strategic behavior in competition policy. They look into the interactions between the legislature and market participants in the Netherlands, and what effects these interactions have on the outcome and effectiveness of legislation.
