Invitation to the press conference on the launch of The Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets

The Board of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), Mr. Chris Fonteijn, Mr. Henk Don and Ms. Anita Vegter, would like to invite members of the media to attend our press conference on Thursday, April 11. The Netherlands Consumer Authority, the Netherlands Competition Authority, and the Netherlands Post and Telecommunications Authority have joined forces to form this new regulator. The press conference will be held between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. You are cordially invited to attend this conference at our office in the Zurich Tower in The Hague (address: Muzenstraat 81).

At the conference, ACM Chairman Chris Fonteijn will unveil the ACM´s approach and strategy, and he will present our vision on the broad theme of consumers and markets. He will then discuss our main priorities for 2013. Our strategy will be finalized this summer once stakeholders have been given the opportunity to comment on the draft version thereof. This consultation round will be launched April 11 on our website.
