Energy supplier WoonEnergie takes over Robin Energie’s customers

Energy supplier Robin Energie was recently declared bankrupt. Its bankruptcy trustee has now found an energy supplier that will take over Robin Energie’s customers. From Monday 11 March 2019, they will be customers of WoonEnergie, and will receive electricity and natural gas from WoonEnergie. WoonEnergie is a business name of CEN B.V., which has a license issued by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) for supplying electricity and natural gas to small-scale users. WoonEnergie is part of major energy supplier Eneco. Until 11 March, these consumers still received electricity and natural gas from Robin Energie.

WoonEnergie will send these customers a personal message with the current supply rates and additional information about the supply conditions. They can either stay with WoonEnergie or choose to switch to an energy supplier of their choice, free of charge. If they choose to do so, the normal 30 days’ notice will apply.
