ACM 2025 DSA Annual report
As the authority charged with enforcement of the Digital Services Act (DSA), the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) in 2025 focused on a safe and trusted internet: protection of minors, taking action against illegal practices, and ensuring a trusted digital environment during election campaigns.
In its 2025 DSA Annual Report, ACM explains how it fulfills its role as regulator. This annual report is a statutory European requirement, and has also been sent to the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services.
In 2026, ACM will contuinue to focus on investigations and dealing with the abovementioned topics.
