2020 ACM Annual Report
In the 2020 Annual Report of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), ACM explains how it has ensured that markets work well for people and businesses.
By protecting people and businesses against unfair competition and misleading practices, we have helped raise confidence in markets. In that effort, we paid special attention to the digital economy and the energy transition. In 2020, we made significant steps, about which you can read more in this annual report.
Our work in 2020 saved Dutch society approximately 510 million euros. The background behind this figure is explained in the document Outcome of ACM in 2020 (in Dutch), see below.
