2019 ACM Annual Report
In the 2019 Annual Report of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), ACM explains how it ensures that markets work well for people and businesses. Through effective oversight, ACM made a difference, and helped boost confidence in markets. In our regulatory efforts, we paid special attention to the digital economy and the energy transition. Our work in 2019 saved the Dutch society approximately 750 million euros.
