CA 2010 Annual Report
In 2010, the Netherlands Consumer Authority (CA) imposed a record amount of EUR 2,680,000 in fines and penalties. In addition, over 2.3 million consumers visited the ConsuWijzer website, the consumer information portal of the CA. Over half a million sample letters were downloaded from ConsuWijzer. In 2010, ConsuWijzer was chosen by the public as the best government website of the year.
