  • Intelligence unit

    Would you anticipate any personal risks if it became known that you had filed a report about a business? If so, file a report anonymously with our Intelligence unit.

  • Leniency office

    Have you concluded illegal agreements with competitors, and do you wish to stop participating in them? If you notify us of your participation in a cartel, you may get a lower fine or escape a fine altogether. This is called a leniency application.

  • Whistleblowers

    Did you discover something through your work, and do you wish to report that? As a whistleblower, you are afforded legal protection against any consequences resulting from your report.

  • Legal advice

    We offer general information about the laws and rules that you must comply with. If you seek legal advice, we will refer you to others.

  • Complaints about ACM

    Our representatives and officers perform their duties with great care. If you feel you have not been treated properly, you have the opportunity to file a complaint.

  • Abuses by ACM

    Are you a supplier or an ACM employee (current or former)? And do you believe ACM does not comply with the rules? File a report anonymously.

  • Press office

    Are you a reporter, and do you have a question? Please contact one of our press officers.

  • Request for information (WOO request)

    We publish decisions and rules on our website. Would you like to know about something that has not or not yet been published? If so, you can file a request for information.

  • Request for enforcement

    With a request for enforcement, you ask ACM to take action against a violation. Requests for enforcement must meet certain requirements.
