ACM publishes guidelines regarding the rules for online platforms and online search engines
The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has published guidelines in which ACM explains how it will interpret the rules laid down in the Platform-to-Business Regulation. These rules apply to online platforms and online search engines.
