Results REMIT consultation
ACM has consulted market parties in August 2013 on the possibility of publication of inside information under REMIT on central platforms.
From the consultation it appeared that there was no consensus about the usefulness of a national platform for the publication of inside information. Some parties would like to skip the possibility of a national platform and would rather wait for a European platform by ENTSOE and ENTSOG. ACM also considers this as a final and preferred solution.
Given the lack of consensus, ACM will not take the initiative of setting up a temporal national platform. However, ACM will welcome solutions from the market for such a platform.
