Energy market participants must publish inside information as quickly as possible, and they cannot use inside information for trading. -

If you as a market participant use algorithms, you will need to notify ACM thereof. -

Energy traders must do their best to track down and report suspicious trading. -

As an energy market participant, you need to cancel or reverse any incorrect trading orders, and you must publish the error.
