NMa 2005 Annual Report

In 2005, the most important areas of attention comprised the construction industry, health care, energy, liberal professions and the financial sector. One of the visible results for 2005 concerns the now completed investigation into various subsectors in the construction industry. In addition, the NMa responded to political demand by setting up a consumer information portal, which deals with consumer questions on competition, energy, telecommunications and other consumer-oriented issues. The desk is jointly operated by the NMa, OPTA, and the Netherlands Consumer Authority.
