Cateautje Hijmans van den Bergh has been a Member of the Board of ACM since January 1, 2017. Ms. Hijmans van den Bergh has a master’s degree in classical languages and archaeology from Leiden University, and she obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Ms. Hijmans van den Bergh worked in the financial sector and in strategic consulting for many years. Until December 31, 2016, she was the acting director of Dutch pension provider APG. From 1997 until 2014, Ms. Hijmans van den Bergh worked for consultancy firm Boer&Croon, where she was Chairman of the Board during her last three years. Prior to that, she worked at Dutch bank MeesPierson for almost ten years, mostly dealing with corporate clients and project financing.
