Energy consumers in transition - No more seats left

This session on the energy transition will cover the key role of consumers in that process. Consumers are supposed to become much more aware of the way they use their energy. We will explore the role of consumers as well as the challenges they will face. Will they be able to perform? And what should regulators do to assist consumers?
