ACM reminded several major toy store chains of the rules regarding price promotions recently.
ACM clears the merger between Slingeland Hospital and Queen Beatrix Regional Hospital (SKB) in the eastern part of the Netherlands.
ACM correctly established that, between 2000 and 2008, Enexis could impose connection and transmission tariffs on USG for its grid on the Chemelot site.
The transmission tariffs for electricity will decrease by EUR 5 per year, while for natural gas the tariffs will increase by EUR 18 per year.
This maximum revenue is set for TSO TenneT’s tasks associated with the offshore grid, and is to be granted as a government subsidy.
